Inviting and spacious main floor features master suite with 43 inch smart TV, fully applianced, and stocked chefs kitchen, Dining room and oversized fireplaced living room with 65 inch smart TV, ample seating to relax and with a work bench/bar if you need to work a bit. Board games include Monopoly, Scrabble, Chutes and ladders, Battleship, Uno, Left Right Center, playing cards, Mrs Pac Man video game and more!
Sliders leading to enclosed porch with comfy furniture and a deck over looking rear yard and mountains.
Hot tub is off the deck along with patio set and deck seating. Gas grill and smoker available for use along with a generous sized fire pit.
Second floor features two good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Lower Level basement features family room with 55 inch smart TV and full game room in heated and air conditioned garage with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Skee Ball, Basket ball and a dart board.
