The property also offers AC and heating for superb comfort. We look forward to hosting you at our place. The condominium complex - A Place At the Beach 2 is oceanfront and this unit is a side unit with a balcony facing east with water views. It offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, washer and dryer in unit, and a private balcony off of the living room. This unit has 1-5 beach chairs for guest use (cannot replace if they break).
A Place at the beach Phase II has an oceanfront pool and a walkway to the beach.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of Single Bunk Beds. There is a full bathroom off the hallway.
The unit also is equipped with a mixer, waffle maker, smoothie maker, and blender. There are both types of coffee makers; carafe and Keurig. Kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, cookware and glassware. The oven has a built in air fryer feature.

Amenities include beach side pool with lounge area and outside shower, outdoor grilling area, coin laundry room located in the pool area, and private parking lot on-site for the complex. The balcony has great seating for 4, a beautiful ocean view, or a great place to enjoy listening to the waves.
**ALL guests are required to have a parking pass to park in the attached complex lot. They will be available in the welcome packet in the unit on your check-in day. If two cars are needed for your stay, let me know when booking, so I can provide 2 passes (limit). However, at all times, all guests are solely responsible for your vehicle(s) for the duration of your stay. Golf carts are not permitted on the property.
