This 2-room apartment on the 4th floor, furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality furnishings, is equipped for 2 people. From the southeast-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, and stove, is integrated into the cozy living and dining area. The comfortable bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a view of the Baltic Sea—wake up to the sight of the sea! The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, with no need to cross any streets. The parking space in the parking garage is accessible only via stairs, but a side entrance leads to the elevator for ground-level loading and unloading.

The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
