Also, it’s a short walk from the property to access Gardiner’s downtown restaurants and shops! The property offers a perfect combination for guests; a quiet location away from the summer crowds joined with a close proximity to Yellowstone, Gardiner proper, and hiking trails. Wildlife is common in the area and neighborhood, so don't be surprised if you see elk, bison, deer, a fox, or bighorn sheep on or near the property.
The house has a 4 zone mini split AC/heat pump system to help keep a comfortable indoor temperature year round. The living room and each bedroom have their own dedicated AC/Heat pump wall mounted mini split unit. This system allows guests to individually set their desired bedroom and living room temperatures.
