If you check out past 10, with no prior agreement from the host, you will be charged $50 an hour for inconveniencing the cleaners.
NO PETS PLEASE. If you do bring a pet without the owner’s consent you will be fined $500.
If any damage is done to anything inside or outside the unit or on the property, from a guest, a guests friend visiting the property, or the guests ESA, the booked guest(s) will be fined for repairs, and potentially pay extra nightly fees if place cannot be rented from guests destruction.
